Three people were wounded in Tel Aviv after the second terrorist stabbing attack in three days. The attacker was shot dead at the scene by elite IDF units. Upon entering Israel from Morocco, the attacker had been detained by border control but was then allowed to enter the country. Meanwhile, the IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi has announced his plan to resign as head of the IDF on March 6 while assuming responsibility for the security lapse that led to the October 7 attacks.
