A Palestinian American developer was sued on Monday by nearly 200 family members of Americans killed in the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas attack. A federal lawsuit filed in Washington, D.C., accuses billionaire Bashar Masri of aiding Hamas in the lead-up to the Oct. 7 massacre. The suit alleges Masri used international development funds from USAID, the World Bank and other sources to help Hamas embed tunnels and terror infrastructure beneath civilian projects in Gaza.
