Lawsuit Filed Against Iran, Syria and North Korea Over Hamas Attack on Israel

A lawsuit was filed in a New York federal court Monday seeking at least $4 billion in damages from the governments of Iran, Syria and North Korea. The suit was filed on behalf of over 125 plaintiffs who were victims of the terrorist attack by Hamas on Israel on Oct. 7, 2023.
