Families of Oct. 7 Hostages Sue Pro-Hamas Agitator Mahmoud Khalil

Columbia University protestor Mahmoud Khalil is being sued by families whose loved ones were taken hostage by Hamas in the Oct. 7 attacks in Israel. According to the New York Post, the lawsuit filed in federal court in Manhattan on Monday names Khalil as one of the heads of the anti-Israel protests, which the families claim helped spread Hamas’s hateful rhetoric. Meanwhile, in a rare show of dissent, hundreds of Palestinians marched through Bethlehem in Northern Gaza last night carrying white flags and shouting, “Hamas out, we want to live.” For more on these and other stories, see below.
